Merry Christmas To All, And To All A Good Night | Blogmas 2022

We are reaching the final hour of Christmas here and I can safely say, I did not mess up Christmas Lunch today.

I thought that for the last day of blogmas, on Christmas, it would only be right that I post the result of the dreaded Christmas Lunch that I didn’t want to mess up.

I cooked for 3 adults and a toddler. Everything didn’t go exactly as planned and there were some substitutions (as well as some burnt sweet potatoes,) but it was actually really enjoyable. And the best part is that for the first time ever, I made potato salad and it was everything I was hoping it would be!

It has been really nice blogging in the lead up to Christmas and has helped me reflect on future Christmases to come and what it means to me. Thank you for following along.
